Hi Client,

Thailand’s Transfer Pricing reporting deadline is rapidly approaching.

To stay compliant with Thailand’s latest Transfer Pricing laws, companies with a 31 December year-end that have annual revenues over THB 200M need to electronically file their Transfer Pricing disclosure forms by Monday 8 June 2026.

Transfer Pricing disclosure form requirements

All related parties of your company must be disclosed, regardless of whether the company transacted with them during the period. You’ll need to carefully consider the definition of related parties in the Thai Revenue Code to ensure complete disclosure.

Additionally, this form also provides a means to inform the Thai Revenue Department about the country and entity responsible for filing the Country-by-Country report of the multinational group.

The data collected by the Thai Revenue Department will be used to target industries and businesses for Transfer Pricing audits. In other words, it's time to get your Transfer Pricing documentation in order.

To start, you can find the disclosure form with English translation here.
